It can be janky but not normally this significantly! This has happened once since I started about 4 years ago afaik. The team just needs to manually push it through as the simulation got stuck - which means they need to be in office. I'd guess it'll happen soon? I'm not in Iba but I'm sure CS tickets are being submitted.

This is broken for Iba basically every season. Rollover happens around 9 to 930am EST.

yeah, the 5am is part of the rollover process which hangs up decently often (for most worlds, once or twice a year perhaps, on average, but it varies kinda wildly like we'll have a good run for a while and then a bad run for a while). its definitely annoying but the worlds only rollover once per season so mostly this isn't a huge problem, its more an inconvenience that impacts things like signing up for jobs and also checking player off season improvements and seeing freshman on the roster. seeing the team and having access to the team setup for the new team, its one of the top things folks look forward to, so its definitely kind of annoying when it is delayed...
