I’ve seen ads for them, but haven’t been able to find out how they work or how you can search for player stats in order to form a team.

Any info is appreciated, Thanks in advance.

When you go to "Choose you league type", select

Diamond Legends Career League

It's at the bottom of the page.

Yes, just click on "Join Diamond Legends Career League" and start searching just like any other league.

The stats are the - if I remember correctly - 162-game averages for each player's career.

I think they could make for some fun play here, but in the old days the main issue was that they were priced such that you could have an all-time superteam for a very modest budget. If pricing changed during the various shifts we have had, maybe they work better. As an idea they are very interesting. Underused.

I've played off and on in tab's Career League themes. They're fine, but I noticed many of the players, especially pitchers, become "cookie like" so the teams don't really vary as much as I'd like. Agree with italyprof they're underused and if you haven't played in one before, I'd certainly recommend trying them out. tab runs a good league with legs.
