I withdrew a scholly from a d2 player to go after a d1 player. Lost the d1 player so went back to the d2 player. Nothing is available now even though he has over 300 ap's. I can't offer scholly again, home visit etc. Never had this happen before.

It just says 0% unlocked. I guess he is so ****** I withdrew scholly that he won't even consider my school now..

I think there was a change made to this when the whole rescind redshirt glitch was uncovered.

The rescind redshirt was changed to about -80 AP.
The rescind scholarship may have been changed at the same time to even a greater negative number as well.
Could be that if you're at 0% unlocked you still haven't undone the negative points for the rescind. But -300 seems like a huge penalty.
