The WIBL - Redux is entering it's 11th season, 1979, and has two openings (rosters listed below). We are past the trade deadline for 1978, and the draft will come shortly following the completion of our season.

Our draft order is determined by a weighted lottery for the bottom 12 teams, plus playoff finish from the prior season. We utilize the DH in the AL only.

This is a 24 team league, and therefore we go deep into the player pool. We have a lot of excellent owners, and many picks are traded each season.

Below are the available teams. Please sitemail me with questions, or simply comment here if you would like to take over either team.

I’ll take the Chicago squad.

I'll join with the California team.

Welcome to the league to both Poppapomp!

California franchise remains available, as doubleot has not responded via sitemail for several days. Please sitemail me or sign up here if interesting in taking over this team.

Sorry for not responding to sitemails. I'm still in for California.

After all, DoubleOT has decided not to take the California team. Looking for a good owner for an active league in a really fun era.

Please see the roster above and sitemail me w/ any questions and/or post here if you'd like to be the new owner and join our league.

Once this team has the ownership status settled, I'll be preparing the draft for 1979 and we should be drafting in 10 days or less.
