on the top left (i am in safari - lmk if chrome, i can look at that) - there are 3 horizontal lines. this is above the HD icon in the team colors (opposite the alarm bell). about 10 options down in there, is 'Logout'.
older IOS/safari, its possible this is different. note, there are 3 horizonal lines icon, on the right, below the alarm bell, that is NOT what i'm talking about. you should have an identical or nearly-identical set of 3 horizontal lines, in the top left.
