Replacement owner needed for 20 Team Double Progressive League entering its 61st season (!), which is in fact "going back in time" this draft to the original 1901/1961 Draft from the previous 1960/2020 season. In simple english, all 2021 players can still play but there is no 2021 players available for drafting.
The league started in 1901/1961 (well before my time as commish) so we figured may as well switch back to the beginning this season. So all "current" players can keep playing, but once they are dropped they are no longer available. All 1901 players are available for drafting, and 1961 players are available for drafting either as rookies or free agents. Follow so far?
We've always followed a no SIM generated AAA players allowed rule, but was recently changed to allow for SIM AAA Catchers being available to play (to prevent fatigue). You can keep up to 25 players going into the next draft. There are 4 division owners who advance to the playoff rounds. Otherwise standard rules, and there is a DH in both leagues (originally there were no DH available) because there are so many offensive players available. There is no AAA draft either.
Leagues is fun, but fairly low key also. I'm just putting together the draft.
