Dear Programming Staff at WIS,

Please listen to this sermon from on top of my Soapbox. If you want to keep Player satisfaction at a minimum of fair, please Program one of these four suggestions into the Game.
1) Program out the ability of D3 teams to recruit D1 Level recruits.
2) INCREASE the overall D1 Recruiting Pool
3) IMPROVE the potential for improvement on the current pool of "tapped out " awful D1 level recruits.
4) Created a model at the D2 and D3 level similar to EE that replicates the transfer portal, in which great and talented guys at those lower levels decide to leave and transfer to D1.

In my humble opinion there is too small a pool of guys who have potential to improve, or even mediocre abilities at D1.
