What caliber of speed and baserunning ratings do you want if you aren't concerned with stealing bases so much as just being good at getting extra bases out of balls put in play?

>70 on both GOOD
>80 on both BETTER
>90 on both ELITE

Two other points:
1. Players with >90 on both speed and contact are good at beating out infield singles.
2. A player with better or elite speed but average baserunning will give you problems. He thinks he can stretch it to an extra base with his speed, but will get gunned down many times because of his baserunning judgment..
