If you sign a Type A free agent, I understand you will be surrendering a draft pick. My question is if you sign a second type A free agent do you surrender another draft choice?

Yes and it will the next round's pick.

By signing two Type A's, if you are within the draft protected picks, you'll lose Rounds 2 & 3. And if you are outside the protected picks it will be Rounds 1 & 2. Always makes signing the second Type A that more worth it, IMO.
