I'm running a draft league and two of the owners are not able to Reply to sitemails (which really causes an issue with keeping the draft moving).

They have raises tickets with support but the guidance provided - clearing cashe/cookies - does not address the issue.

Is anyone else having this issue? Any recommendations for how to fix it?

Any update on when we'll get updated to a more modern messaging system?

I am having the same issue. As you mentioned, clearing the cache didn't solver the problem. The only solution that I found was to use either my cellphone, or Microsoft Edge on my PC. Chrome on my PC does not work, but it does seem to work on my cell phone for some reason.

Also got an update from another owner that said Google Chrome doesn't allow him to send a message but that he's had better luck with Firefox. All from a desktop I believe.

More and more users are having issues sending sitemail. I've noticed that I do not get auto-fill options.

When will someone that can fix this provide an update on what is happening?

That fixed the problem on Edge immediately, and it took a day or two for Chrome, but it worked eventually there too.

Unfortunately, lots of folks still report that they cannot send sitemail even after clearing cookies.

And if it is a "Brochure Clue" (Inspector Clouseau) every time I begin a Site Mail It takes a few moments to check and see if the Connection is Secure and then proceeds to Compose Site Mail Page ...
