So apparently something has changed in recruiting, and I have gone back a couple of years in the forums and cannot see it spelled out clearly. It doesn't happen to often that I do this, so I guess I just haven't noticed. Basically it is much harder apparently to grab a recruit who has a good DII school on him during the first round of recruiting. Before, usually a scholarship would put a top DI school above the DII school who was stuck at "medium" until the second round. Or for sure, minutes and if needed a start would propel the DI school above the DII one. Now that doesn't happen. So what exactly happened in the engine? Did they make AP stronger for DII schools? The players I noticed it with this season had "wants playing time" so is it something with that? Or it is a specific adjustment to prevent such recruiting maneuvers from happening?
Thanks for your answers. Can you point me to a dev chat or update where this change is discussed?
