Supplemental picks don't get compensation for not signing. You either sign them the season you draft them or you get nothing.

No compensation for supplemental picks, as joekendall said. Did they raise their demand? Or just simply rejected the initial offer (and either returned to college or are going to college in case of a high school player)?
