Is there any way for a world commissioner to send a site mail to every owner in the world at the same time? It would be very convenient to be able for the commissioner to alert anyone that hasn't checked in for awhile that the world has filled and the schedule is about to post.

No, but the system does send out a sitemail to every owner when the world has been scheduled. I have petitioned for the ability of commissioners to sitemail multiple owners at a time. You would think they could add that to the commissioner tools section.

I've asked admin about it too and it's not a priority on their list of things to do. I copy and paste, the easiest way I've found within their system.
