"Development Report" change w/ impr. AdvScouting? Topic

The development report is based on how much CURRENT ratings changed over a given time period. It has nothing to do with the advanced scouting budget. I would guess it is one of the least used reports in the game.

Agreed -- it is close to useless.

Edit (10/24/24):
I'll concede a little bit here. It has study value. If you are new to hbd, or coming back to hbd after a long absence, these reports can help you become familar with how player's grow. However, once you have a decent idea how most hbd players develop, they cease to add much value.
