Many of us (myself included) are quick to jump on Customer Support when we perceive them as failing to meet expectations. I just wanted to give them a shout out for the quick response to a recent ticket.
A few days ago I wanted to use some reward points to buy Amazon gift cards, but saw the cards were listed as out of stock. I sent a ticket asking when they would be in stock again, and got a reply a couple hours later saying it was taken care of, the cards were available again. I bought the cards, and within another couple hours received an email from Amazon with the claim codes.
