The Post War League is in need of 2 replacement owners for this standard progressive league that will be drafting for the 2020 season soon. We are a 20-team league, and the rules are below.

Draft Order: Random draft order for bottom 4 teams with at least 30 wins by game 120 -- ties decided by run differential. Teams not making it to the win floor drop to the 5th pick in the 1st round only. Edited 9/12/24.

Competitive Balance Rule: To maintain competitive balance, owners should play the best players available to them. When one owner suspects that another owner is NOT doing so and is losing games to gain an advantage in the draft order, the suspecting owner should sitemail the commissioner privately and ask for an inquiry. If the commissioner deems that an owner is in violation, the commissioner may penalize the offending owner by dropping one or more of his picks down an appropriate number of spaces in the draft order. Keepers (in normal years): No limit, up to 25. They are to be posted ASAP after the draft order is set at Game 120. Edited 9/12/24

Draft Procedure: Each team drafts to 25 players. Each team also has access to 10 below average AAA players: 6 hitters and 4 pitchers. During seasons in which there are not enough players available, 1-2 minimum salaried player will fill in every roster. Edited 9/12/24.

Trade/transaction Deadline: Trade deadline is game 120. Transaction deadline is game 159.
