I am having trouble with the commissioner tools for warning or replacing an absent owner. Any other commissioners experiencing the same problem?

This will be fixed in 30 or so minutes, just need to test one last thing and then click the deploy button. Sorry about this!

The warning option is working now but I still can't replace an owner

How long has the owner been AWOL? It takes either 10 or 14 days (unsure of which) before an owner can be replaced via commissioner tools. Otherwise, you can still send in a ticket to have someone replaced.
