The Triple Play progressive league will progress 3 years at a time. The initial season having been 1921-1923.
Each season you may select which of the 3 seasons you want to use for each of your players. For example, the available Milwaukee team below has Alan Trammell. This season you can use any year (1987, 1988 or 1989). Of course you will choose 1987.
Regular season is at the 161 game mark and draft will begin shortly. We will be drafting as soon as the World Series is over and we find a replacement owner for the Milwaukee team listed below. Available players to be drafted will be anyone who is a rookie in 1987-89 or not kept as a keeper. This draft will be a literal gold mine. We are in the midst of a great part of baseball history.
Full rules for the league are posted immediately below.

Trading of Draft Picks- Trading of draft picks may only be traded up to 1 season in advance-that is, during the 1987-89 draft. Picks may be traded only for 1987-1989 and 1990-1992.
Keepers:
The Commissioner will set up a keeper thread in the league private forum after the 120 games mark of each season. We are currently at game # 161.
Teams may keep up to 25 players each season plus injured reserve (IR) (in the rare case that a player has no eligible seasons in any of the next 3 seasons but has a worthwhile season beyond that).
TAKEN PLAYERS LIST
Each season the commissioner will post a list of taken players for the upcoming draft.
This list will be two columns, one for hitters and one for pitchers. Keepers from the previous season will be listed in black ink. Any players taken in the current draft (all rookies and available unprotected players )will be listed in red ink. I will update this as immediately as possible as the draft progresses.
There will be no "available players list". Anyone not posted on the above list are available

This is the available team - Current roster for 1984-86 season. Keep or Cut as many of the 19 players with remaining eligible seasons as you want. * means no more eligible season after 1984-86.

Milwaukee finished 76-86 and will draft seventh in our 16 team league. I babysat the Braves this past season, and will do so again if no one comes forward. The team can be shifted to Atlanta if you like, and that is what I intend to do if I have them again.

Chicago Pale Hose finished 58-104 (worst record) and will take part in the 4 team lottery for round one, and pick first in each round thereafter.

Chicago Pale Hose has been claimed by bkdries.

Milwaukee is still available. It can be moved to Atlanta if that helps.

I’ll take Milwaukee.
