I agree selling account is wrong, I was just asking about transferring to a friend or family member. I understand that concept kc, but if you've built up a dynasty and can't play anymore for some reason I don't see anything wrong with giving account to Johnny Jr and let him changed password and now it will be his and he will pay for seasons and play. That's all
I see something wrong with it, and so does WIS.

I agree here. If piman or somebody decides to hang it up, then he's hanging it up. Other coaches that have worked hard to EARN the right to get a school he leaves behind (like an A+ UCLA). And if I was one of those coaches, I don't want Johnny Jr showing up just cuz he happens to be friends with piman. That's not fair to others around him. This isn't the family business. There's lots of people playing here that deserve an opportunity that they've earned. Rather than handing it to someone undeserving.

(disclaimer.... piman was an example name I used. And he and Johnny jr have no affiliation!)

Agree on not sharing accounts or passing them along. But believe if it's not logistically or financially costly, WIS should support transferring funds across accounts. If someone wants to leave the game but give a friend a chance to join and has credits or seasons left over they should be able to share them.

They've transferred credits in certain circumstances previously. But not entire accounts.

Because you can't withdraw money (as far as I'm aware), this would be 'financially costly' for WIS. Once money is put in, it's more like WIS owns that money and they'll let you choose something of their's in return.

The problem for WIS with transferring funds is: If Person A is really enjoying the game and wants to keep playing, they're likely to keep investing in more seasons which in turn means money for WIS. If Person B grows bored of the game and wants to transfer his remaining funds to Person A, WIS isn't gaining anything as Person B's money was already in their possession. They don't give a crap if Person B buys seasons or not because they already have his money, but transferring funds means they'd 'lose out' on Person A's money.

Not sure exactly why. I just rolled with it! But I will say that might be my go-to for examples going forward. Johnny Jr is a future forum legend!

Fascinating thread to reminisce on. Helped me find plenty of details to confirm Fluff_nasty was cheating 5 years ago and still cheating to this day.

All details posted in the Phelan channel of the discord.
