Within the past couple months, the language and posts made in the HBD forums and in some HBD world chats have started to go where they should not.

There are two areas of concern:

1) Accusing others of cheating.

If you think an owner is cheating, please send a support ticket with details. We have much more data available to us. We can research and address these issues calmly and easily. Please, no more cheating accusations.

2) Distasteful language, personal insults, etc.

Everyone on this site is a sports fan and everyone enjoys trash talking from time to time. We provide quite a bit of leeway with this.

But recently, it's crossed the line and it has to stop. Start being more considerate of others and don't say things you wouldn't say in person.

We know much of this is subjective. What offends you doesn't offend someone else and vice versa. But there are some topics that are guaranteed to be controversial. And everyone knows them. If you avoid them, the site will be better off.

When new users come to this site and are subjected to some of the bashing and negative banter, it's a turn off. We assume most of you would prefer more users on the site as it makes for a more competitive landscape, less time for worlds to roll over, etc.

We would prefer to let grown ups be grown ups and police themselves accordingly. We ask that everyone please make an effort to do so in the future. We really don't want to go on a banning spree.
