split personalities? tmac no tanner yes. hmm I think you need a higher prestige to do this. This way you can get higher starting ratings in you recruits. Thsi way they will be maxed sooner

Everyone has their own opinion on how to run their team, but mine I've always been of the opinion that I'd rather be excellent at one defense as opposed to average/good at two. Just my two cents......
