Age and experience v. Makeup and Temper Topic

So I've got a few players in my minors who according to their OVR and their stats could potentially help out my ML team this year...

Problem is, they are all young (under 22) with quite a bit of growth potential in front of them (low 60's, and they are projected to go to high 70's) and few with more than two seasons playing minor league ball.

Some of them have high composure scores and good temper scores, would it make sense to call them up and let them develop at the ML level or keep them down a few more years and let them develop there?

If they're going to play, having them at the BL level doesn't hurt development. However, you're cutting into their salary-controlled time.

Thanks MikeT23.

Sort of a follow up question, does makeup make that much of a difference? I went back over my seasons results (comparing player performance of players with simiular stats compared with makeup), but the results are inconclusive.

Allegedly, yes, it does. I have no proof to back up that statement though. I simply took everyone's word for it.

Make-up seems to play an important factor in development. I can't produce any hard data because I keep ADV at a minimum but high make-up guys seem to develop quicker.
