as commish of said league here is my 2 cents:

knucklebones was in the league for 7 seasons. he took a shyt team and over that 7 seasons turned them into a 100+ win team, had division titles, made the playoffs, etc... He let's me know with plenty of warning that he was going to drop the team after 7 seasons. He didn't leave midseason. Let's face it the majority of owners average life with any given team is likely less than 7 seasons. A guy shows me he can stick for that long i think they've got some loyalty.

The team is still very good after 2+ more years after his departure so he didn't leave a mess or fading franchise.

I had an owner go awol in kjd's division. kjd is all happy that he get's to face a dead team likely. Knucks had expressed to me awhile ago that either at rollover or in the event of an abandonement he'd like back in the world as in his words "it's the funnest world in HBD" So i contact knucks and asked if he wanted them, he said yes. i gave him the team. Every other owner who has posted in world chat has been thrilled to have knucks back, except kjd who continually calls knuck a "quitter" every time he posts to the point where it's bordering on harassement.

IMO kjd is worried cuz he's been in charge of that division for a couple years now and he watched knuck take a shyt team and turn it around to be the best team in his division before. He's scared of being dethroned.

Anyone who knows knucklebones knows he's a good owner, lot's of fun in world chat and he's learned how to build a good team. I'd accept him in any of the 2 worlds i commish.

Knucklebones is a stand up guy. I played in a league with him for a few seasons and he was a diligent manager. Can't think of anything bad to say about him, and yes I'd play in a league with him again.

I echo the sentiment here. In fact, although knucks had to leave Major Leagues, I contacted him regarding our opening at last rollover. Great owner and an outstanding cat overall. Kudos to both he and erffy.

Can't you just boot kjd and give his team to knuckles? He seems to like causing problems more than he does winning.

If only. kjd's not a terrible HBD owner - he's active, he's got a basic grasp of the game - he's just a terrible human being.

The problem here is that he took his whining (he claims "joking") from the world chat to these forums. He twisted the facts of the situation enough to get some support from vets like MikeT23. The first problem is, he presented twisted and distorted facts. The second problem is that now he's claiming this was all some theoretical exercise and he never meant to defame knuck. As erffdogg said, bullshyte.

If kjd was "joking", his jokes had already worn thin on the world chat, where knuck asked him to cut it out. IMMEDIATELY after knuck told him to cut the crap, he ran into the forums and posted his "Quitter" thread. His actions prove his words a lie. kjd took his whining too far and now he's being publicly outed as a guy who WILL whine, WILL lie when confronted about it, and WILL claim he's being persecuted when he fails to take responsibility for his actions.

Anyone that's been in a league with kjd knows all of this already.

He knew what he was doing. His first response to me clearly showed he was manipulating facts(in that he knows we never see eye to eye).
