FYI, I was wrong, in the old ticket they told me that "players won't transfer if you cut a player the sim recruited".

Honestly, I don't think there should be a distinction ... as long as you didn't recruit the player being cut, it shouldn't matter.

Yeah... well i can name quite a few things that need to be fixed before we worry about cutting players... On a side note: in my talks with CS I am quite excited for the new release.

Does this happen only in D1. I've cut a bunch of players at the D2 and D3 levels and hav enever had this happen

I find this optimism entirely inappropriate for the WIS forums. I personally intend to start a thread about how the new release is the worst thing in the world and will just play out my remaining seasons and leave HD at least 2 days prior to the release. I may even check the development blog before hand to see what I am complaining about.

Was anyone else expecting a "SHEEEBANG!" message?

happened to me in D3 Knight before season 1. dropped one very terrible player and an additional avg rated player .

I've seen this before and don't resent it happening to me.. I'm a realism freak and this scenario is common in RL . It can be frustrating , but I'd like to see it happen more often in HD.
