I have a team that I have had for quite some time and I am thinking about changing cities. Can anyone refresh me on how to do it and more importantly. Will my budget reset to the default values when i do?

After rollover, ask the commish to send you the password. Then exit the world, and come back in and choose your new city. If it is a public world, just exit and come back into the world. Your budgets will not reset and will allow you the parameters that were set with your old team.
