Would you promote this guy? Do you see the advantage of finishing this year in AAA to get his splits up to the mid 80s?

I don't think he's going to get his splits in the mid 80s this season. Maybe ever. Either way, he'll develop just as well in the bigs if he plays.

Agree with Mike. Right now, he's 98% of the player he's going to be. If you need him, move him up.
