Have fun. Try something new like the best all ball handling team. Or, since everyone values speed and athleticism, find the best recruits with bad speed and athleticism.The highest gpa team that can still win is another way to go. But mainly have fun.

Edit: Ok, maybe the experiments are best used on the 2nd team you get.
