Help with Flex Topic

I just got hired by Mary Washington, and I do not want to change my offense because they all have high knowledge of the Flex. What should I look for in recruiting?

All the Offenses are very similar. I would still recruit the best possible players you can.

Think of an offense that stretches the court. Also lots of picks and screens. Ath, Spd and Passing are all important as usual. So is PER. BH and LP are usually secondary for me in flex. Per is important at SF and if you can pick up a PF that can shoot it is helpful. Great ATH in your big men will lead to a lot of alley-oops.

My team runs the flex fairly well. I have lots of ATH and decent SPD. I'd prefer more PER, but it's tough to recruit per without sacrificing BH or P.

I just got a copy of Flex 3.0 for dummies, hopefully it will help me. I seriously need a review of OOP, I'll put in 25 min into practice time at least.
