I messed something up with my playoff rotation and did not wake up before PM to make a change. I am going with a 3 man rotation but the pitcher that was supposed to go 3rd I want to go 2nd. So, I informed the other owner about the switch because I am not trying to pull a fast 1, and I put the pitcher I want to start as Tandem B and the guy that is supposed to start as Tandem A. The issue is for Game 3. I want the guy that is supposed to start game 2 as my game 3 starter and I am not sure how to do this because after the game the computer automatically goes to the next pitcher. If I leave the Tandem A and Tandem B as my only 2 starting pitchers would it then automatically go back to A? Then I can set up the rest of my rotation there after PM2. Would this work? If this is comfusing I will try to clear it up but I can use any suggestions. Thanks.

And the reason you can't just flip-flop your Game 2 and Game 3 starters is....?

That seems like the much easier solution to me.

It is already set...Game 1 already happened.

I think it would work. If you only have one starting pitcher in the rotation then I would think it would default to going back to him 2 games in a row.

Otherwise I obviously would.

What you're suggesting will probably work, but I guess I just don't see the big deal. If it was such a big deal, you could have done it yesterday.

The reason I couldn't was because I wasn't sure if he'd be back to 100 or not. It was going to be very close which is why I just didn't do it.

What I mean to say, is SP1 pitched Game 1, SP2 is about to pitch Game 2, but you wanted him to pitch Game 3, while SP3 was who you wanted to pitch Game 2.

If they're all playoff-worthy SPs, what's the difference?

You played with fire, and you got burnt. Suck it up.

I stand by that if it was such a big deal that you should have just gotten up earlier.

1 is better and I'd rather have him available for game 5. It's not a huge deal but I would obviously rather hqve my best...

It worked btw in case anyone was wondering. I lost the game but I mean putting them as the only pitchers in tandem worked.
