Fastbreak to Motion Topic

Is it correct that a fastbreak offense to go into a motion offense if a shot is not taken right away?

If so, would it help to spend practice minutes on motion as well as fastbreak?

jthieme, yes the "set" portion of the FB offense uses motion principles, but I'm almost positive that HD does not have one offense use (even partially) the IQ of the other.
