After the update, I offered MiL contracts to 5 Rookie League players at $8k/year and got 23 year old players with 0 years experience at $38k to $54k/yr. They aren't that good! They'll be in Rookie League from now on.

Exactly! I'm surprised that everybody doesn't see that.

But it depends a lot on makeup and their hidden personality attributes, too.

I didn't explain that very well. When I made the offer the 5 players were $8k/yr fodder for the Rookie Leagues. When they accepted, they were $38k to $54k/year 23 year olds. It was near the time of the last updates so I expect things got screwed up along the way. No major harm, just frustrating.

Well, they morphed, that's all. Some positions do it more than others, especially if the player is -handed.
