New player here trying to learn the ropes. Have a few questions but I figured I would start at the beggining.

My new team has a budget of 185 million and I was wondering what people thought would be a good break down to bring a team that hasnt had a winning season in 7 seasons.

I also dont know which draft or prospecting would be the best to invest in...

There are many ways to skin this cat. I think one thing everyone agrees on is to max your training budget, and that you really shouldn't make any trades in your first season.

I think the only thing everyone agrees on is that the sun rises in the east ... and some people are probably skeptical about even that.
