Make sure the visit is from a kid close to home so it costs less if it comes to that.

I think he means he has $110. Enough to offer a scholarship offer for $100 and a $10 phone call.

Right but if that is his question then... didn't he answer it himself? I have enough money for a ship and a call, what is the best way to give out that ship and a call? Uh... The ship and a call?
