I thought SIMs dumped a bunch of money on their players at the start, then again after signings. So how does a guy accept 2 sets of home visits in a row, then in the very next cycle, reject them. Also at the same time he accepted a campus Visit?

Players reject visits all the time, especially early on in recruiting when you are just getting considered by the player while the Simmy is still on them.
