I want a specific D2 team and I want to know the route I should go about getting that team, or what you guys would think....so would you...

A. Grab the D2 team in your favorite world and in the world where you're already eligible for D2 jobs, however the D2 team has been coached by a human before...

or

B. Coach a D3 team for a season, move up to grab the D2 team a season later in a world you like less, but where said D2 team has NEVER been coached by a human...

Just would like some thoughts here. I know this may seem odd to some people, but this is my dilemma. I thank you in advance for your replies.

I don't see the dilemma. Why do you care that it has been coached by a human before?

If you want the team take it now, how do you know for sure that it will still be available if you wait another season (plus it is a world that you like less).

I guess the "virgin" quality of taking that team appeals to me because its like you're playing the game when it was brand new in a sense...no one has played with the team...its YOURS from the beginning. Like I said, I understand that not a lot of people think like this, but when I saw it, I was very intrigued. The aforementioned "B" team seems to be better prepped from a recruiting standpoint as well.

You seem to be leaning towards B, so just go with B.

Then A must not be coached very well (no offense)

I can understand your dilemma, but it's your decision. You should have fun either way you do it.
