After a nice run over the last couple of seasons, my Marshall team in Wooden is struggling. With a 12-10 record and a 49 RPI, we're on the bubble with not much time to go.

Admittedly, I have a flawed roster. My best post player went EE and I wasn't able to recruit a replacement. Our FT is shooting isn't good and I have relatively weak defenders at the 2 and 3.

Still, I thought there was enough talent there to make a better run that we're making. I've tried different lineups, different tempos on offense, different settings on defense, but can't get anything going on a consistent basis.

I thought that I would see if any of the experienced coaches on the forum might have some suggestions. Thanks!

After all you've explained, it just seems that you do not have the Squad this year to make a deep deep run.. Something you might try, depending on your D, is double teaming. and give your best shooters some more Distro for a potentially higher fg%....
