Very, I've lost the past 2 seasons in the NT on a missed FT when down by 1 point, lol.

I find not so much when building a team up to respectability. With a low prestige, I'd much rather get the core stats first and worry about ft later. When you have a solid team tho, and aren't happy with a nt berth and want to make a run, it makes a huge difference.

I try to avoid the 55%FT/low potential type guys, but other than that I pay little attention to it. Almost all my teams are below the Division average in %. I'm starting to factor it in a little more where I have more options as to who I recruit, but for teams in remote places or that don't have high prestige I just try to get the guys with the best core attributes.
