I will say that At Brandeis several seasons Ago I had a point guard, Wiggens, with mostly middling ratings except for ball handling which was good, and passing which ended up at a 98. IN two seasons he was injured, and every game he was out the shooting percentages of the whole team suffered horribly. Including a five game stretch his senior season where everyone was shooting well, he was out for five games and they shot bad, and he was reinserted into the lineup. .and suddenly the shooting went right back to where it was without pause.
ANecdotal, sure, but still, the no effect thing from passing doesn't feel right to me.
