Which do you think is a better indicator of the likelihood of a player getting pulled from DI to DII, position ranking or number of stars?
I've noticed a number of SG's that have no stars, but are ranked as high as 76 at their position. Ordinally, a DII school, except perhaps the elite of the elite like oldwarrior and combalt, would have no shot at a player ranked that high at his position, but usually a high school recruit with no stars is very much in play for a DII school.
