Why is it that when we are rehiring coaches we can't offer them different positions or anything? It would make sense that if you have 3 guys that want to resign as a high a coach that you could make 1 the high a, one the AA and one the AAA if you wanted to but now you have to pick one and cut the other 3. That sure doesn't promote keeping the same coaches in the organization and developing them yourself.

You can offer coaches positions at higher levels than what they are asking for. You've always been able to do that.
