Early reminder (turnover won't happen until early 2010):

The NAC in Wooden D3 (best world in all of HD) will most likely have 2 openings next season, if anyone wants to join a top D3 conference. The NAC is one of 4 conferences in Wooden D3 that participates in the Big 4 Gangbang Challenge, which is a four-way, 2-season tourney for Interstellar Domination. We usually like to go outside HD and whatif to fill openings, but we'll extend the invitation to the rest of Wooden because one of the jobs is an outstanding opportunity... although, any job in the NAC is a great opportunity, given that we are the most fun conference in all of HD, and we have an inflated sense of moral superiority! These are the gigs:

Husson:
- #19 on the Dynasty List
- 6 straight NTs
- 9 consecutive postseason appearances
- perfectly balanced class distro (4-3-3-2)
- easy systems to run (motion/press)
- good prestige (currently A-, but that will likely dip into the B- range)
- plenty of talent returning, both bigs and guards
- a spot not only in the NAC, but in the NAC North, which has been one of the 2-3 most competitive divisions in all of HD for the last 10 seasons, with 4 teams on the dynasty list

Johnson St.:
- great class distro (2-3-4-3)
- 3 years of Johnsons already in place, which is better than having SIM AI recruits, and kinda funny
- the option to continue the tradition of recruiting only guys named Johnson, or turn the program into a contender in the great NAC North
- simple motion/zone system that is easy to recruit for

Husson is a great job, but as with recruiting, we don't want a poach coach (if you use the job as a stepping stone to a crappy D2 job, you will be made to feel an amount of guilt that would make a catholic blush). Johnson St. is more of a rebuild, but not a total excavation.
