I had a good farm hand Rule V'd away from me a few weeks ago and was just now offered back. He's a good bat to have in my system to boost the offense, but he's not much in the way of a prospect. I was wondering if I'm on the hook for the ML league minimum if I accept him back, because that would be an instant dealbreaker.

Salary for low service time guys is what kills me about this game; cup of coffee guys don't get PLM for the rest of the year in the game itself.

They had stated thatthey were going to change it for Rule 5 guys that were offered back without being assigned. Not sure that change ever went in.

I used the "few weeks ago" as a qualifier. He had to be assigned if the other owner had him a few weeks.

And, upon further review, his team is 42 games into the season.
