Would recruits rather go to a school coached by human or sim? if the first chance i get to recruit a player is already interested in a sim team should i stay away from them?

Doesn't matter. Sims do a poor job of recruiting don't let them worry you.

You shouldn't go for that recruit - the recruit doesn't care about human or sim, but the sim has likely sunk a lot of cash into the player.

I'll take the middlin view. Sim can be beat easily unless it's the main target for them. This requires research of the sims team and it's needs. If their priority is a SG and you want it, you can do it but start shovelin' money.

The recruit doesn't care. It's all about money and prestige to him. That being said, like jennings stated, you just need to know if they are a high priority recruit or not for the sim to know how much cash to put in which is usually pretty easy to see by looking at their recruiting list, especially at DI. Even at the lower divisions you can get a pretty good feel for which were higher priorities.
