Have any of you seen the triangle offense ran uptempo in real life? I know the Lakers and the Timberwolves run it in the NBA, but I don't think they run it at an uptempo pace. What about at the college level?

I don't know, the Lakers probably get a shot off every 15-18 seconds. That is pretty uptempo for college.
