Not true. Sure I was unloyal to ETSU, but the move made sense, so the amount of unloyalness (I know not a real word) should be less, imo. That's what I mean by it should be relative not an absolute.

I would have stayed at Cinci although ND is about impossible to turn down. Just think it this way if he stays at Cinci and says on national TV that Cinci football is here to stay and hes not leaving for ND he has a Job like the old man at Penn State.

Just because the move was a smart career move does not make you any more loyal to a school that you .

Ok, so do you look at Roy Williams as unloyal? Maybe that's a bad example as he moved from top school to top school. What about Jeff Caple? What about outside of the basketball, somebody at your company, lets say you work for a small software company, gets a new job at Microsoft. The job comes with a huge pay raise, and 5 people working for them. Are you going to say they aren't loyal? Technically, by definition, maybe. But in reality its all relative.
