How long does it take for recruiting information to get back to you if you scouted them or visited their house, called them, etc?

It updates every 3 hrs... next will be @ 11 pm est

Ya so you can do something at 10:59 pm est and you will still get the info back at 11 pm est. Its basically the end of the "Day"
