Can trades only be accepted up until the end of PM2 Part 1 or can they be accepted through PM2 Part 2 a.k.a. before AM Part 1?

Thank you Strikeout26! I also just found the following that confirms your understanding: "All trades must be agreed upon by both parties prior to the conclusion of the transaction deadline. Trades cannot be completed after this point without the players first clearing waivers."

any player not on the 40 man roster can also be dealt after the deadline.
