Okay so I have not been around much since last winter when they first put in all the high, medium, and low increases.

I was wondering how much of an increase I could expect to see in a High Defense category over the course of 4 years? What about speed and ath?

I know it will be different with everyone but what should I expect to be average with someone who has a high upside?

A vast majority of player growth happens in their first two seasons.

High 21+
