there is a player on my roster that i want to leave. so this past season i did not play him, and received 3 angry emails demanding a start or he would leave. But as of right now my season is into the job filling portion of the offseason and the player still has not . Is it more likely that he will officially leave once the job phase is over and the recruiting portion of my season begins? or am i stuck with the player since he didn't leave already?

Players rarely transfer unless it's a broken promise.

I have a former walk-on that is rotting on my bench. I just got my first angry email. My only concern, and maybe I'm over thinking this and giving the sim engine too much credit, but could he be poisoning the locker room? I really hope he transfers, he'd make a nice DIII program happy. He deserves happiness, just not court time with my collection of stiffs.
