exactly - now of course at DIII one would be looking for lower but parallel ratings

he was in the low 40s or so when signed but improved - if possible, a guy who isnt low on potential in REB would be best - high REB potential is rare in SG

I've played a few SG's in the SF role but not PG. That said, I've seen a handful of PG's with relatively high REB/LP numbers. If you can find a PG in D3 with REB/LP numbers in the 40's or higher in each category and still have decent numbers in the other categories then why not?

Player X below would have a 580 rating. For D3 he would have good D3 numbers for Ath, Speed and Def for a PG. Average or below PE and below average BH and P for a good PG. However, with the high LP and REB he would make a pretty well rounded D3 SF. Moderate level for Reb/LP/Per/De for a SF but above average Speed, BH and Pass.

I think the speed and high LP/REB are the keys here.

I've never run a three pg offense but I have played 3 guards. I don't think rebounding is that big of a deal at the D3 level as long as the player has really high ath. That being said, the three pg offense could work. I think bings central team has run a 3 pg offense, or at least he played a pg at sf, and had success so it is possible.
